Our self-esteem it´s defined by our confidence. We can see our confidence as a muscle that we have to train to be toned and have the strength that we want. You see like we train our body to be shaped a certain way we have to do the same with our confidence. Just like when we exercise we have our ups and downs but then there is something called discipline and you have the courageous to get up and do it. Our confidence is like a workout you have to train it to be consistent and of course, sometimes you are going to feel down that´s completely normal and okay.


  • Have positive thoughts about your insecurities

Nowadays, normally we try to hide them from the world and we pray that no one notices them. The truth is you should be working on your insecurities and not hiding them because the more you try to hide them the bigger your “problem” is going to be.

Imagine this: Somebody doesn´t like their body and instead of work on it prefers to HIDE IT by wearing big shirts and big sweatpants but at the end of the day you are still going to have the same body and you are not doing anything to solve it.

One thing, it´s if you dress like that because you want to. Another thing is dressing like that to hide your insecurities.

SOLUTION: Alright I have hip dips like every other woman in this world because it´s our bone structure but I can create the illusion of not having them if I exercise my side booty.

You see what I did there I knowledge my problem but in a positive way.

  • Have faith in yourself and trust the process

You have to believe you can do it. Everything good in this life comes with consistent actions. It depends on what you are working on, the time you are going to invest in it. Don´t expect to be confident every day of your life that´s impossible one day you are going to feel down and that´s okay.

Just trust the process.

  • Learn to say “no”

This topic applies to different things but the perspective that I´m looking at is if you don´t want to do something don´t do it. Of course, I´m not talking about responsibilities. If you have to go to school/work don´t wake up thinking “uhh I don´t want to go so I´m not going to”.

I´m talking about things that you have complete control over it like your extra time. You have control over the time you have out of your responsibilities use it wisely.

  • Write 2 or 3 things you want to do that day

When you accomplish that 2 or 3 things automatically levels up your confidence because confidence cames by accomplishing things you promise yourself you would do it.

A trick for you to stick to that it´s being detailed about it.

FOR EXAMPLE – study/ work on your side income if you have one at 5 p.m to 7 p.m, and exercise from 7:30 p.m to 9:30.

Organize your day with space between things so that you still have time to do whatever you want and be productive
